This fully equipped, beautifully decorated home features comfortable living spaces both inside and out, including a private beach, a nearby dock, and opportunities for snorkeling and swimming right outside your door.
About the Bahama House
The Bahama House is a stunning 2,500-square-foot beachfront retreat designed for comfort, convenience, and effortless island living. The home features air conditioning throughout, a brand-new (2024) full-house generator, and a fully equipped kitchen complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, recessed lighting, a garbage disposal, and a refrigerator with an ice and water dispenser.
The open-concept living and dining area is bright and inviting, highlighted by cathedral ceilings, a charming cupola, recessed lighting, and ceiling fans. Guests can relax with a flat-screen TV, stay connected with Wi-Fi, or make use of the desk equipped with a VHF radio for island communication. A dedicated laundry room includes a full-size washer and dryer, along with an additional full-size freezer for extra storage.
Step outside to enjoy the seamless indoor-outdoor flow, with easy access to a spacious porch and an outdoor shower—perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.
Located directly on Coco Bay, one of the most beautiful and swimmable beaches on Green Turtle Cay, The Bahama House offers an exceptional island experience. Known for its calm, crystal-clear waters and gentle waves, Coco Bay is ideal for swimming, paddleboarding, kayaking, or simply floating in the warm Caribbean sea. The bay is also a popular spot for observing and even feeding sea turtles, making every visit memorable.
Situated on the protected leeward side of the island, the property boasts breathtaking sunset views over turquoise waters each evening. Your private stretch of beach is just steps from the house, and guests can enjoy complimentary use of kayaks, paddleboards, and beach toys.
The Bahama House is conveniently located just a short walk or golf cart ride from some of the island’s most popular destinations, including the historic Green Turtle Club, Bluff House Beach Resort & Marina, and the laid-back Tranquil Turtle Beach Bar.

The Master Bedroom
The master bedroom includes a king-size bed with sliding glass doors that open to the outdoor deck, and the ensuite bathroom boasts marble countertops, dual marble above-counter vessels, and an expansive tumbled marble walk-in shower. The walk-in closet is equipped with suitcase holders, though all you'll really need are a swimsuit, beach towel, and casual dinner attire.
Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4
The home includes three additional bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished with cozy queen-size beds, stylish nightstands, dressers and luggage racks to ensure comfort and convenience. Complementing these spaces are two beautifully appointed full bathrooms, featuring tumbled marble accents and walk-in showers. For families traveling with little ones, the home is equipped with a pack-and-play and a high chair, making it a welcoming retreat for guests of all ages.
The Bahama House sits right on Coco Bay, a beach ideal for walking, shelling, bone-fishing, snorkeling, and swimming. A nearby dock allows for rental boat tie-ups, and there's plenty of space to park a golf cart beside the house.
Traveling with a Larger Group?
The Bahama House sits directly next door to its sister property, Coco Palms, also owned and operated by us. Together the two homes offer over 250 feet of private beachfront on Coco Bay, creating an exceptional setting for extended families, retreats, or groups traveling together.
The homes can be rented individually or together, providing multiple gathering spaces, expansive decks, and plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the beach while still having privacy.
